AW Down (But only temporarily)
I've the full story from Mac. My paraphrased, not quite technical explanation is: The company that hosts AW's dedicated server did some maintenance this morning. As part of that maintenance, they had to power all the servers they host down. When they brought them back up, there was a glitch with Dawnette (AW's server). Mac is working diligently on fixing the problem as I type this.

People e-mail me and I just pick up the phone and call Mac. This time, I did suggest that when this happens next time, she just drop me a note with the particulars and I'd start spreading the word. She agreed to do so.
Part of the problem is, when something happens to AW, everyone contacts her. Some people multiple times. Mac's then left trying to respond to everyone, to reassure them, while simultaneously trying to fix whatever the problem is.
I don't know if she realizes it or not, but I think Mary may have just become a point-of-contact, too. ;)
Funny, but it never occured to me to come here for the answer. I was in too much of a panic to think straight!
Well, The Commune is not associated with AW, but I have no problem lending a friend a hand by disseminating information.
I prefer disemboweling. Probably why no one comes to me with their issues :D
